Every build comes with chartered project management as standard — clear programme, weekly updates, transparent costs. Need project management on its own? Available standalone.
Both have their place. Composite is lower maintenance and more durable in wet conditions — ideal for Scotland. Timber is more traditional, lower initial cost, but requires regular treatment. We'll advise on the best option for your project and budget.
A typical domestic decking project takes 2–5 days depending on size and complexity. Larger projects with raised levels, balustrades and landscaping take longer. We'll give you a clear programme at the quote stage.
Composite decking typically costs £150–£250 per square metre installed. Timber decking costs £80–£150 per square metre installed. Raised decks with balustrades are at the higher end. We provide a detailed quote for every project.
